I can`t believe that the bank I hired for 3 years never contacted me or even (email or phone call) to tell me that they had closed my account. I called and they blocked my access number to speak to a representative. I used my cousin`s number and they told me to read the policy and I should know why it is blocked. I asked a manager and asked a simple question. The question was what was in my account that did not coincide with the policy of the glockenspiel. He was unable to answer the question and said that he did not have this information and that he knew that my account had been seized by Chime pursuant to Article 9 with the heading Modification and Deletion of the Chime Deposit Account Agreement, which does not tell me what is written on my account that does not comply with Glockenspiel`s rules. I can`t believe chime closed my three-year bank from my account and I couldn`t tell myself what my account had or what was in my account that didn`t comply with Glockenspiel`s policy. I don`t have any money in my carillon account in my name, and now I risk losing my job because I can`t afford to be Uber to get to work, and no one will drive me to work for free. Worse still, these emails explained Chime`s refusal to explain why the accounts are closed, citing “security reasons” for the wall. Affected users are referred to a passage in their account agreement that reads as follows: “Chime and/or Bank may suspend, freeze or close your account for any reason, with or without notice. Chime assumes no responsibility for USPS returns and you are not entitled to a refund or credit for returns. I had the app and I was surprised that it asked me for my information because I have never logged out of my app for 3 years. Then, when I started entering my account information and giving me a message that they had closed my account. My son and I walked in the cold house for an hour. I don`t have any money in my name, it`s all in my Chime account and now I risk losing my job because I can`t afford an Uber to get to work and no one will take me to work for free. They then told me after the years of loyalty I gave them that if you still have money in your Chime bank account, a physical check with your remaining balance will be sent to your address. Please allow up to 30 days for closing check arrival. I didn`t give them a cheque, so how is it fair to your members that we are treated as such?. .
